I want to thank you for the super new payment system that you put into practice this year! This year, relief and reliability. This simple system to control, without physical counting, since the nominal value of the purchase is entered, has greatly improved our lives... And no stress, because I could check at any time through the application whether everything is going well, but especially in the evening everything was automatically calculated within the daily closing, as well as at the end within the total...

We are glad that Gurmánfest has also been included among world gastrofestivals, such as Taste London or Gastronomika San Sebastian, where such a payment system has been used for more than 2 years. It is easier for sellers and more convenient for guests. In addition, we are convinced that people spend much more money this way, because they do not calculate it.

I definitely recommend it next year as well, it made our work faster, and most importantly, it already has some prestigious credit when people have something like a special payment card that is portable and pays them for the entire festival. For me, as the owner, it also had a huge advantage in that I had an overview of sales and their structure all the time through the system, and I knew how to react to restocking, and 15 minutes after the end of the day, I already had the day's sales summary and the closing date on my computer. Excellent!

From the new payment system, we promised to speed up and simplify sales of food and drinks by Gurmán Fest vendors, and greater comfort for festival visitors, as the old system of tear-off pads or plastic-like coins was time-consuming to recalculate and inconvenient for guests by having to keep counting how much they pay and how much they have left. The sellers had to count the entire sales together with us every evening and write a report - it took 3 hours every evening! Now they received the deadline for daily sales already about 15 minutes after the end of the festival day! After the end, they also received the total bill to their email, and could issue invoices within 24 hours. In addition, during the entire duration of the festival, the owners had the opportunity to monitor the progress of sales and sales on their account. Our estimate was also confirmed that visitors will spend about 20% more money at the festival through this system! We are very satisfied with the new payment system, and we already know that we will use it at all our festivals: Gourmet Fest Bratislava, Gourmet Fest Košice, Winter Festival Jedla, Gastronomy Slovakia.
